Possibly. I've worked across many markets. But don't worry if I'm new to yours—an outsider's perspective can be invaluable. Business insiders often suffer from the "curse of knowledge" and struggle to get inside their customers' heads. Hiring an external copywriter who can offer new perspectives and insights solves this problem. It allows me to talk to your customers on their level. Which is how you make sales.
Except for full funnels or multi-item packages, projects are delivered within 7 business days. In reality, I complete most projects sooner than that. If, for any reason, I can't deliver what you want in that timeframe, I'll discuss it with you at the initial briefing stage so we can decide on a suitable timeline. One thing I won't do is agree a delivery date then leave you hanging on deadline day. It's not my style.

Nope. I will quote you a single fee at the start of your project, and that's what you'll pay. Note: All prices quoted on this website are starting prices. Yes. I won't charge you extra for revisions. But please don't see that as a bonus. Revisions slow projects down and should be kept to a minimum. The best way to avoid them is to start with a clear, detailed brief—so we're all on the same page of a well-thought-out plan before the work begins. (Note: If any revisions fall outside the scope of the original brief, I may charge an additional fee to avoid "scope creep".)
I offer document design (e.g. a branded lead magnet or eBook PDF, etc.) as an additional service. (Many clients find this convenient as it saves them hiring a designer separately, making things quicker and cheaper for them.)
I worked in brand and publications design for a decade before becoming a copywriter, so I do this to a top-tier professional standard—it's not a half-assed add-on. (Heck, if the finished product wasn't a digital file, I'd even gift-wrap it for you.)

I sometimes use AI to help with research. I never use it for writing. Good marketing and copywriting is about standing out and connecting with people through strong ideas and tight, crisp writing. AI creates generic copy that is the antithesis of that.
Clients consistently tell me I'm highly creative. But I'm not just about wordplay and clever puns. I'm about understanding your ideal customer, finding compelling ideas that resonate with them, and communicating these ideas with sophisticated (though often deceptively simple) persuasion techniques. I focus on research and thinking, not just writing.
My background is in branding, brand voice, and creative advertising. And I'm well-versed in the dark arts of direct response techniques. It's super-rare to find someone who understands and can do both these things. Many copywriters can do style. Some can do substance. Few can do both. I'm one of those rare few.

Sure. I believe, however, that if something is valuable, you shouldn’t leave it lying around on display. Plus samples are only useful if they're relevant (it's no use me showing you email examples if you want creative ads, or vice-versa). So I don't keep my portfolio live on this site.
